We only collect the minimum information required to deliver an intelligent, seamless expense tracking experience:

• Account Information: When you register or log in using Email or Google Sign-In, we store your email address, display name, and authentication user ID (via Google Firebase Authentication) to secure your account and sync your records across your devices.
• User-Input Financial Records: The expense transactions, category names, payment methods (UPI, Cash, Card), notes, budget limits, and recurring subscription reminders that you voluntarily enter into the application.
• Technical & Diagnostic Data: Anonymous crash reports and performance metrics (collected via Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring) to identify bugs and enhance application stability across Android devices.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is exclusively used to:

• Calculate and present your monthly spending, category breakdowns, and Month-on-Month comparison analytics.
• Provide real-time safe-spend burn rate velocity and notify you when your spending exceeds 80% or 100% of your configured budget limits.
• Generate downloadable monthly PDF statement summaries and spreadsheet exports upon your direct request.
• Securely sync your records to your private cloud storage so your financial history is preserved when changing devices.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal or financial data to advertisers, lenders, data brokers, or third parties.

We rely strictly on industry-standard infrastructure providers to run our backend services:

• Google Firebase (Google Cloud): For encrypted user authentication, cloud database synchronization (Firestore), and crash analytics. All data is transmitted over secure SSL/TLS encryption.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is protected by strict Google Cloud security protocols. In Firestore, each user’s data is strictly partitioned and accessible only to that authenticated user via authenticated Firebase security rules.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have full ownership of your data at all times:

• Edit or Delete Expenses: You can delete any individual transaction or clear custom categories directly inside the app.
• Account Deletion: You can request full deletion of your user account and all associated cloud data at any time by contacting us at masthanvallibaba009@gmail.com. All associated records will be permanently purged from our database within 30 business days.

6. Children's Privacy

RupeesWise is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children.
